Due to the fact these products are FROZEN and require special, individual handling and frozen shipment in order to ensure its potency and absorbability, our standard $4.90 shipping rate and free shipping offer does not apply.

CarTCell®, CarTCell® Plus 30, Comitris, the entire NatCell line, Wrist Right Gel & Immune Prime require manual processing as these products are shipped to you in FROZEN form. These products are packed in dry ice (or, other special frozen packing materials) and shipped by UPS Next Day Air within the USA. Frozen orders to international destinations are shipped by UPS Worldwide Express - the fastest method possible.

The cost of shipping within the 48 contiguous states is $50.00 for the first frozen item (for example: one box of CarTCell Plus30). Each additional frozen item will incur a $7.00 increase in the total shipping fee (for example: the shipping fee for two boxes of CarTCell Plus30 would be $57.00). 

The cost of shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and US territiories, as well as Canada and the United Kingdom, varies and will be clearly shown in our Shopping Cart once you provide your geographic location.

Your daytime telephone number is required when ordering frozen products on-line or via phone. This will be provided to UPS to expedite your order and contact you in case of emergency. We cannot ship your order without your telephone number.


Timing of Shipping: If you live within the United States, Puerto Rico, or the US Virgin Islands, we will have this product shipped directly to you from the manufacturer and/or central distribution center. It will come to you in an insulated container packed with dry ice and/or gel packs. Orders to Canada and the United Kingdom will be specially shipped from our office. 

Once your order is processed and prepared for shipping, it will be sent via UPS Next Day Air (within the USA, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands), or via UPS Worldwide Express (to Canada and the United Kingdom). This will place arrival to you within 3 to 4 business days or 3 to 10 business days, respectively. 

Orders shipping within the USA may ship on Monday through Thursday, but cannot ship on Friday.  We reserve the right to determine the most efficient, strategic shipping day for orders shipping to an international destination (outside the continental USA).

If you have a specific day/date that you desire to be able to accept this type of delivery, please note it in the 'Special Instructions' part of our shopping cart (or, by telephone).

We DO NOT accept returns on CarTCell, Comitris Liquid Shark Cartilage,NatCell Whole Extracts, Wrist Right Gel & Immune Prime products for any reason - this includes International Orders as well.

Failure of you to receive, miss the delivery of, or refusal to accept your shipment does not relieve you from the cost of the products shipped and the shipping/handling cost of your order as the return/refund of your FROZEN order is not possible.

These products are packaged to last in a frozen state for approximately 3 days on U.S. orders (5+ days on International orders).

IF there is some unforeseen delay in shipping (and/or customs processing delays for International locations), the product will start to thaw. We can not prevent that - nor can we offer a refund.


International Clients Please Note: We ship frozen items exclusively to locations in Canada and the United Kingdom. We will have this product shipped first to us. Then, we will ship to you directly from our office. It will come to you in an insulated container packed with dry ice and/or gel packs. The shipping method is UPS Worldwide Express. This will place arrival to you within 3 to 10 business days. We reserve the right to determine the most efficient, strategic shipping departure day. You can determine the exact shipping cost to your geographic location in our shopping cart.

Due to shipping and/or customs delays, we DO NOT ship Frozen Products to any other international locations, such as China, Japan, Taiwan, Korea, Hong Kong, Africa, locations in Europe, Mexico, South America, and various other locations. We reserve the right to cancel orders for these locations. We welcome you to email or call in advance to verify our shipping policies for your location.

If your package is delayed, confiscated, or returned by Customs and/or the carrier, a refund will not be possible. Failure of you to receive, miss the delivery of, or refusal to accept your shipment does not relieve you from the cost of  the products shipped and the shipping/handling cost of your order.


Communication: As we are an internet company, we communicate with you primarily by email. Please provide an accurate email address with your order. We encourage you to provide an accurate email address and to investigate your internet browser and security programs to ensure that you will receive emails from us regarding your order and shipment(s).


Back Orders: In the rare event that a popular item is out-of-stock, or shipping must be delayed, we will place your order on 'temporary back-order status' and email you with the projected shipping date.  Once we have received the back-ordered item(s), we will email you with notification that your order has shipped. You will be able to determine your order status at any time, including any notifications of back orders and shipping delays, by accessing your "order status" page through the link provided on the confirmation email sent to you at the time the order was placed.      

Please note that shipping costs are not refunded if your order is delayed or if items are back-ordered.
