| Pour 8 to 10 fluid ounces of pure, distilled, or filtered water into a clean container. Add one (1) scoop (33 grams) of Ultracare for Kids. Blend, shake, or briskly stir until powder is completely dissolved. If advised by your practitioner, use diluted fruit or vegetable juices according to the directions in the Parent Guide. Pour formula into a bottle or cup. Store canister in a cool, dry place and use within one (1) month after opening. |

Pregnant women and women who may become pregnant should not exceed 5,000 IU of pre-formed vitamin A (retinyl acetate or retinyl palmitate) per day. It is also recommended that children under four should not regularly consume more than 2,500 IU per day. |
