TMG can help support cardiovascular health by maintaining homocysteine levels that are already within a normal range. Trimethylglycine (TMG) is found in a variety of plant and animal sources and is utilized in the conversion of homocysteine to methionine. Maintaining normal homocysteine levels is important for the health of the cardiovascular system. TMG also acts as an anti-inflammatory with an analgesic effect similar to ibuprofen.* Strong odor is normal for this product.
