Herbs for Kids was founded in 1990 by herbalist and expectant mother, Sunny Mavor. If you are just starting out with herbs, the combination formulas are easy to use. If you are looking for an immune tonic try the Echinacea/Astragalus formula. For calming an overactive child you can use the Chamomile Calm or Valerian Super Calm. For allergy season respiratory support try the Nettles/Eyebright or Echinacea/ Eyebright formulas.

Most Herbs for Kids products use simple dosage guidelines that are listed on each product label. Make sure you shake well to re-suspend plant solids, which may have settled. Extracts can be taken directly or mixed with a small amount of pure water or juice. About The Founder

Sunny Mavor has been involved with botanicals for nearly fifteen years. She has counseled and taught about the joy of herbs at stores, schools, and symposiums across the nation. With a background as a practicing herbalist and in retail natural food management, she knew the difficulty of finding herbal products acceptable for children. Capsules, tablets, and teas are difficult to administer and most adult liquid formulas are alcohol-based and often use herbs too strong for children. She wished to create an alternative, so Sunny started the first company dedicated to Earth-reviving herbal health care just for children.

Her background as an herbalist assures that Herbs for Kids alcohol-free blends are gentle, safe, and effective; her sense as a mother led her to create a great taste for Herbs for Kids.
