Royal Lucraco Plus is a powerful blend of wild-crafted herbs demonstrated in clinical practice to help maintain the health of the prostate gland and to support healthy urogenital tract function.
This formula is for men over the age of 45 who are experiencing frequent urination (not due to infection or blockage), or who may be having urinary difficulties due to an irritation or enlargement of the prostate gland.
There are often dietary factors which contribute to the difficulties including: drinking alcohol, eating spicy foods and eating excessive amounts of red meat such as beef, pork or lamb.
Additionally, men should severely restrict their intake of foods described above that may irritate the prostate gland.
Royal Lucraco Plus is a proprietary formula containing Cat's Claw (Uncaria tomentosa) and Lucraco (Waltheria ovata). Cat's Claw is a vine that grows in the mountainous part of the Peruvian rain forest and it is the bark that is generally used for therapeutic purposes. Lucraco is a South American desert plant whose roots contain the plant actives that provide nutritional support for the human body.

By: Viana Muller, Ph.D., 2001 LUCRACO (Waltheria ovata) is a plant used both as a food and in traditional medicine by the rural population who live in the coastal desert of Peru. Lucraco roots traditionally are boiled in water with sugar. It is then thoroughly chilled and served with meals as a healthy beverage. Lucraco has been used from time immemorial for nutritional support for the urinary tract and the prostate gland.* It has a powerful anti-inflammatory action which in turn exercises a profound influence on prostate and urinary tract health. The root contains the active principles, which include tannins, leucoantocianidines, saponines and free phenenolic groups.
 Lucraco Plus™ is a total extract of the root of the Lucraco plant and of Cat’s Claw Bark (Uncaria tomentosa). The Lucraco Plus™ formula, which has been in use since 1990, gives very good results as a nutritional support for different problems that affect the prostate.
The recommended serving varies according to each situation, but on average the serving can be 5 ml. (one tsp.) three times a day ( (every 8 hours) away from food, for a period of one to three months. (Evaluation is made after one month to determine if the symptoms have disappeared.) This can be followed by a maintenance dose of one teaspoon once or twice a day (away from food) for 10 days of each month, or as prescribed by a health care practitioner.
Another suggested usage is simply as nutritional support for continued good prostate-urinary tract health in men older than 45, who can take five ml.(one teaspoon) twice a day for 10 days of each month. It is important to point out that with the treatment, it is recommended that the individual refrain from consuming liquor, irritating condiments, or eating red meats especially beef, pork, lamb, duck, etc. In the last ten years in which the Lucraco Plus™ formula has been used in the treatment of prostate problems, no side effects have been reported nor negative interactions reported with prescription drugs.
