Suggested Use

Detailed instructions enclosed with product. Thistle Cleanse: as a dietary supplement, one (1) capsule two (2) times daily, two (2) hours after breakfast and two (2) hours after lunch, separately from Cleansing Fiber, or more as recommended by your doctor. Cleansing Laxative: as a dietary supplement, two (2) tablets daily at bedtime, or more as recommended by your doctor. See product packaging for instructions regarding cleansing fiber. Drink plenty of water. Read and follow instructions carefully.

Warnings

Contraindicated with hypertension, kidney insufficiencies, acute gallbladder/intestinal disorders, kidney stones, or gallstones. When taken without adequate fluid, may cause choking. Do not take if you have difficulty swallowing, or when abdominal pain/nausea/vomiting are present. If you experience chest pain, vomiting, or difficulty swallowing/breathing after use, seek immediate medical attention. If pregnant/nursing/taking medication/have a medical condition, consult your doctor before use.

Allergen Info

May cause allergic reaction in those sensitive to inhaled or ingested psyllium. Contains Cascara and Rhubarb--DO NOT USE if you have or develop diarrhea, loose stools, or abdominal pain, because Cascara and Rhubarb may worsen these conditions and be harmful to your health.
