Propolis Propolis, also known as bee glue, is a brownish resinous substance collected by bees, mainly from poplar and conifer buds, and used to seal their hives. Bee Propolis is often called 'Nature's Penicilin' due to ancedotal evidence of its positive influence on the immune system. It has traditional and widely used as nutritional support for allergies as well as coughs, colds, flue and tonsilitis.*
