Pro-GSE: Proanthocyanidins are a unique class of water soluble flavonoids that are 50 times more effective than vitamin E and 20 times more effective than vitamin C as antioxidants. Due to their antioxidant action, ability to strengthen and protect connective tissues and anti-inflammatory action, Proantho Cyanidins slows and in some cases reverses many effects of aging. Unlike most other dietary antioxidants, Proantho Cyanidins readily cross the blood-brain barrier to protect vital brain and nerve tissue. Catechin, a component of proanthocyanidins binds with collagen and elastin to strengthen and make them resistant to enzyme degradation. Circulation is improved as blood vessels are strengthened.*
