Suggested Use

Adults: mix One (1) level scoop OR Two (2) Tablespoons in Eight (8) ounces of water or juice One (1) or more times per day. Begin with One-Fourth (1/4) serving size for the first few days, gradually working up to full serving size. May be taken with or without food. Children may take One-Fourth (1/4) to One-Half (1/2) of the adult serving.
