Suggested Use

As a dietary supplement, one or two (1-2) capsules three or four times (3-4x) daily with meals, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Use for up to three (3) months, reduce intake if stomach irritation occurs.

Warnings

Daily intake should not exceed 1500 mg.
