| As a dietary supplement for adults, one (1) rounded scoop daily, mixed with eight (8) ounces (one cup) of apple, orange, or your favorite juice. If desired, this may be divided into two, one-half (1/2) scoop servings daily. Refrigerate any unused mixed beverage promptly; dispose of any remaining mixed beverage after 24 hours. |
