Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source), Gelatin Capsule, Cellulose, Silica, Maltodextrin, Contains no sugar, salt, yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, shellfish or preservatives. As an herbal supplement, one (1) capsule, one to three times (1-3x) daily as needed, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Daily usage not to exceed 4 weeks. US FDA advises that a potential risk of rare, but severe, liver injury may be associated with kava-containing dietary supplements. Ask a healthcare professional before use if you have or have had liver problems, frequently use alcoholic beverages, or are taking any medicaton.
