FUNCTIONS
Centella asiatica, also known as Gotu Kola, is an herb native to southeast Asia and India. It is an important herb used in Ayurveda, the traditional science of health in India. Several saponins, notably asiaticosides (a group of triterpenes), make Gotu kola a useful botanical extract for promoting vascular health. Gotu kola can help strengthen the microvasculature, which in turn enhances blood circulation to the legs. Traditionally, Gotu kola may also be used to support healthy energy levels and promote relaxation.*
Gotu Kola contains asiaticosides (a group of triterpenes). This herb is standardized at 10% asiaticosides.
