Female Balance is a special female hormone formula. Female Balance helps balance and tonify the uterus and ovaries. KEY INGREDIENTS:
Black Haw (Viburnum prunifolium) - A tonic to the gastrointestinal tract and, more specifically, the female reproductive organs. It also acts as a sedative for spasmodic pain. As a specific uterine sedative and tonic, it also improves uterine and ovarian circulation, encouraging normal and proper functioning of these organs. Black Haw relieves pain and cramps during menstruation and helps relieve nervous irritability and irregularity of menstruation. It also helps prevent miscarriage, due to its uterine sedative properties.*

Black Cohosh Standardized Extract (Cimicifuga racemosa) - Its properties are similar to Black Haw. It has been found effective in many types of menstrual problems.*

Siberian Ginseng Root (Eleutherococcus senticosus) - Siberian Ginseng is high in a broad spectrum of phytosteroids that are similar to the sexual hormones produced by the gonad glands and the adrenal glands. It has a definite influence on sexual behavior and stimulates balanced hormone production.*

Tang Quei (Angelica sinensis) - This Chinese herb is considered standard for relief of menstrual problems.*

Licorice Root (Glycyrrhiza uralensis) - Licorice Root contains phytosteroids similar to the estrogenic hormones, which encourage production of healthy female hormones.*

Ginger Root (Zingiber officinale) - This herb increases the circulation in the pelvic area, relieving pelvic engorgement, and it also helps amplify the effects of the other herbs contained in this formula.*
