Suggested Use

Bring fresh water to a boil and pour into a cup over one filterbag. Let steep for two to three (2-3) minutes, then gently squeeze and remove the filterbag. As a dietary supplement, one to two (1-2) cups of tea daily, or more as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. For best results, alternate between Daily Detox and Daily Detox II monthly to prevent the body from building a tolerance to either formula.
