| For Muscle Gains: 1/2 cup mixed with eight (8) ounces of water, taken 30 minutes prior to workout and again 20-30 minutes after workout. - For Extra Calories: Take as above, plus two (2) other times during the day, preferably 11/2 hours before a meal. - For Carbohydrate Loading: 1/2 cup mixed with eight ounces of water consumed with each meal.
