Bio-Guard is a mycelized Vitamin A, C and E formula used to assist in obtaining adequate vitamins while avoiding saturated fats.*

Most nutritionists and the National Institutes of Health are advising a low fat - high fiber diet. We are also being advised to especially avoid saturated fats in favor of unsaturated fats.
