Balanced Electrolyte Concentrate is a "saturated solution", meaning that is is saturated with minerals. It is normal for "precipitation" (crystalline formations in the bottom of the bottle) to result and this occurrence does not compromise the quality or potency of the product. Every cell in our body is dependent upon electrolytes for its existence and function. Approximately 60% of our body weight is water, and water is the solvent that sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium (the electrolyte minerals) become electrically charged in.
These electrically charged minerals (electrolytes) are then responsible for moving substances in and out of cells, maintaining their life and function. It is important to maintain proper levels and balance of electrolytes both inside and outside of cells. Balanced Electrolyte Concentrate can be used to replace electrolytes lost as a result of stress, poor diet, exercise, illness, medications, etc.* Initially, the taste will be salty and will become milder with use, indicating your body's change in electrolyte balance.

| As a dietary supplement, dilute eight (8) oz in one (1) gallon, or (2) capfuls in eight (8) oz of water or milk. Drink an eight (8) oz glass of diluted solution, twice (2x) a day or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. May also be added to food by pouring two to three (2-3) capfuls of concentrate into cooked soups, broths, pastas, stews or in any food normally salted. Avoid mixing in sugar-based substances or juices. |
