Suggested Use

As a dietary supplement, pour boiling water into a cup containing one (1) tea bag. Let steep for three to five (3-5) minutes. Each tea bag has the strength to make two (2) cups of tea. For iced tea, pour two (2) cups boiling water into quart-sized container using four (4) tea bags. Let steep four to six (4-6) minutes. Remove bags, add two (2) cups cold water to container, and chill. Enjoy a cup with or following a meal, or more as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
