A & D Natural combines the two vitamins so that they may enhance each other's effectiveness. Vitamin D is present in the USRDA concentration and is indicated when malabsorption of calcium and phosphorous is of concern.*

Vitamin A From Fish Liver Oil and Skip Jack Liver Oil	10,000 IU
Vitamin D From Skip Jack Liver Oil	400 IU

Gelatin, Contains no sugar, yeast, corn, wheat, soy, artificial color, flavor, or preservatives.

Suggested Use

As a dietary supplement, one (1) softgel capsule daily, or more, as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Warnings

Excess Vitamin A intake may be toxic and may increase the risk of birth defects. Pregnant women and women who may become pregnant should not exceed 5,000 IU of pre-formed vitamin A (retinyl acetate or retinyl palmitate) per day. It is also recommended that children under four should not regularly consume more than 2,500 IU per day.
