When is the best time to take 7-Keto Lean. During the morning, day, or at night? With food, on an empty stomach, or with a lot of water? Before exercising, during, or after?
Generally, we would recommend taking this product during the morning and afternoon, preferably before exercising. Although 7-Keto Lean is not a stimulant, we feel it is better to avoid taking this product at night as it contains herbs to support fluid balance that are best used in the daytime. Additionally, metabolism tends to be more active in the daytime. Some people may experience mild gastrointestinal upset, in which case we suggest taking 7-Keto Lean with food.* However, this is a personal preference.
What's the difference between 7-Keto DHEA and DHEA?
DHEA (dehydroepiandrosterone) is a steroid hormone produced by the adrenal glands, which plays a role in healthy aging, immune function, andmemory. In the body, DHEA can form sex hormones (estrogen and testosterone) and 7-Keto DHEA. 7-Keto DHEA has many of the same benefits of DHEA, but does not convert to sex hormones. 7-Keto DHEA is safe and well tolerated.*
