Suggested Use

As a dietary supplement, Part 1 and 2 were designed to be used together in the evening. Start with one (1) capsule of each product and increase intake of both products by one (1) capsule every other day. Continue this until you achieve 2-3 good bowel movements every day and maintain this amount. For example: days one and two, one (1) capsule of each; days three and four, two (2) capsules of each, etc. Do not exceed four (4) of each capsule daily unless directed to do so by your physician.

The Dr. Lindsey Duncan Story

Born in Texas in 1962, Dr. Duncan moved to California in 1982 to study with the legendary and distinguished detoxification expert, Dr. Bernard Jensen Ph.D. Duncan studied and worked with Dr. Jensen for several years, spending much of his time assisting Dr. Jensen at his famous healing retreat in Escondido, California. After being certified by Dr. Jensen in many healing modalities and techniques, Dr. Duncan completed his alternative health education with dual degrees in Naturopathy and Nutrition.

Dr. Duncan opened the Home Nutrition Clinic in Santa Monica, California in 1985. Home Nutrition is world-renowned in the field of natural health and nutrition. His clients have included radiation victims of Chernobyl, as well as many of the world's leading political figures, musicians, and film and television celebrities. His clinical experience and expertise has helped thousands of people overcome a variety of health symptoms ranging from very serious chronic illnesses to complaints such as stomach and intestinal disorders, migraines, depression, weight problems, arthritis, PMS and much more. Dr. Duncan has been sought after far and wide, with clients coming to his offices from all over the world. At his busiest, new clients were put on a 12 to 24 month waiting list. 12 Golden Rules For Health

1. Limit your consumption of refined sugar and white flour or eliminate entirely from your diet

2. Eliminate fried food or foods cooked in heated oils from your diet

3. Eliminate canned, frozen and processed foods from your diet

4. Eliminate fast food or junk food (i.e. burgers, fries, cakes, pastries, candy, donuts, etc.) from your diet

5. Do not eat after 9pm

6. Do not overeat

7. Limit dairy products in your diet (except plain sour yogurt or plain Keifer)

8. Eat fruits that are in season (if fruit is permitted in your diet)

9. Avoid certain food combinations. Do not eat starches with proteins*, eat lots of vegetables, fruits should be eaten alone*

10. Always chew your food well (this is important for digestion)

11. Exercise at least 3 times per week. Exercise should include an activity that gets you sweating and breathing deeply
