As a member of our Customer Service team, he is our product information specialist. As a long time vegan, natural health enthusiast and bona fide sensitive Alpha male, he has a passion for reaching optimal potential through nutrition and a heart-centered lifestyle.
As a graduate of The Florida College of Natural Health, he brings a wide breadth of experience in natural health to our customer service department. Plus, he really digs Disney tunes. |

In the early days, Billy spent his days imputing all the ingredients for every product on our web site.
He has since graduated to heading up the day-to-day operations of our finance and accounting department. He applies his incredible gift for details and accuracy directly to all things accounting related at Organic Pharmacy. From vendor invoices to employee parking, no task is too big or too small for him!
Just as he keeps the pulse going at the Organic Pharmacy, he can also be found doing the same around town as one of Asheville's premier percussionist. |

Will came to us from the Relaxed Reader where he was in charge of their entire internet operation.
At Organic Pharmacy, Will utilizes his extensive computer skills to be the "X Factor" of our order processing, package tracking and shipping departments. He handles all aspects of these information systems to insure proper function and seamless order flow so that you get your order in a smooth and timely fashion.

If you've been a customer for a while, you may remember Sara as a former customer service agent. After a brief stint living in both Italy and Belgium, she just couldn't stay away!
Sara has returned to us as a Packing and Quality Control guru. With her experience and knowledge of customer service, she is keenly aware of the wants and needs of the customer. As Head of Order Processing, Jake is always hard at work. He makes sure all things large and small are accurate so business can run smoothly. With as many products, manufacturers and loyal customers we have, this is quite a task and Jake is the man for the job. Drawing from his tremendously valuable experience from many years in the natural foods industry, he is also our direct liason to many of the manufacturer's you currently see on our web site! While heading up our Accounting Department is almost second nature to her, Waters shows her true skills when given major projects to handle. Prior to joining the staff at Organic Pharmacy, Seana tutored English/Essay Writing and Math online. Thankfully, she found Organic Pharmacy where she is one of our main editors in our New Product Creation Department. Her keen sense of grammatical perfection is just what we need in order to bring our customers the most accurate product information.
Seana has been vegan for about six years. Health is very important to her and she tries to get the majority of her vitamins and minerals directly from food sources, but in our modern world that is not always easy to do and supplementing is definitely necessary at times. She enjoys working at the Organic Pharmacy so she can help promote a healthy lifestyle to our customers. |

Nicole is part of New Product Department to help the other hard workers input data about our products, soon to be offered to the public. She swims through spreadsheets and funny vendor sites to make sure our info is accurate so your orders flow smoothly through our system.
She's a dirt-worshipping peace-monger who loves growing her own medicinal plants, communing with wild animals, working with cob, and figuring out how to make community living a reality. |

Shannon is the head of New Product Creation, ensuring that all new product pages are prepped and ready. With a strong background in editing technical, academic, and creative writing, she's able to ensure that customers get informative, factual, and readable information on all products sold at the Organic Pharmacy.
Shannon is a former writing consultant and UNC-Asheville graduate who's been
soaking up information on naturopathy and alternative healing since she came
to Asheville 5 years ago. She enjoys unbearably hot climates and drinks with
small umbrellas in them. |

As head of Order Processing and Shipping, Jake brings years of experience and leadership to the Organic Pharmacy team. Handling a staff of up to five people and hundreds of orders per day going to over 50 countries worldwide, he still remains able to maintain his keen sense of humor. He oversees your order's delivery process so that you can take comfort in knowing that it will arrive correctly packaged and on-time to your door.
As a native to Western North Carolina, Jake comes to us from the The Guitar Center where he was in charge of their shipment receiving operation. |

Katie is an integral member of our order processing department. She prints out your orders and pulls the products from our shelves with meticulous care to make sure you get exactly what you ordered.
A culmination of many years of experience combined with a variety of roles in the natural foods industry made Katie a clear choice as a member of Organic Pharmacy. Her bright smile, sweet nature an solid consistency coupled with her unbridled passion for accuracy make her a true and irreplaceable asset to our company.
When not processing your orders, you can find Katie on the trails, in the rivers, or enjoying a local brew. Katie dreams of one day creating her own font. |

Noel currently keeps track of all our inventory, making sure the gnomes in the walls don't run off with anything. She also helps in order processing. She loves working with the other wonderful staff in a warm environment every day.
With her long list of professional accomplishments, Noel could really do just about anything so we are so happy she decided to join us, smiling and brightening up the whole place! She can often be found hiking around beautiful areas and spending quality time with her family. |

Intrinsic, has decided to share his time spent in the music world as a fire-spinning dubstep musician to help our Packing and Quality Control Department keep all the orders on track and on time. He's soft-spoken, but super sharp and nothing gets by him. While he is around, you can be sure to get exactly what you ordered. Liz has a degree in Social Justice, and a professional background that spans the realms of law, education, journalism, farming and the service industry. A WNC native, Liz is a freelance writer, avid gardener, musician, and cook. All this and she still finds time to maintain her life-long passion for natural healing and community activism (healthfully mixed with a little trouble-making, of course)! |

Craig is our Customer Service Manager. He keeps everything running smoothly, ensuring our customers fast and accurate service.
Craig has lived in Asheville for about 9 yrs. He owns a landscaping business in town that specializes in stone work, water features and Zen gardens. He enjoys playing music, anything outdoors, gardening and camping, among other things.
Craig also plays in the local film industry as writer, director and actor in films that have been in the Asheville Film Fest and the 48-hr Film Fest. He's even been in a few TV commercials. When he is not doing landscaping, customer service or appearing on the big screen he can be found at the nearest pub enjoying a local brew. |

Rachel brings her radiant, sunshiny sparkle to Organic Pharmacy as another friendly Customer Service Agent.
She previously worked as a project manager for a local medical practice that specializes in alternative medicine. During her two years there, she was also the producer of Future Doc on URTV. Rachel recently returned from a preemptive quarter-life crisis/2 month sabbatical to the West Coast, concluding with a 10-day silent meditation where she discovered the secret to life. Opting out of the life of a hermetic guru (but keeping the secret), she returned to Asheville to live a simple life of work and play. |

Our liaison to the animal kingdom. Here at the Organic Pharmacy we care about your animal's health too. Abby helps keep the Organic Pharmacy in good spirits and grounded to our animal friends. When she's not on a walk or taking a nap, she can be found testing our products geared toward animals. Abby says to all of the animal lovers out there, "Give your dog 'Barley Dog' it's grrreat!" (There's one for cats, too)! |
