To maintain freshness and superior quality, we properly store, rotate, and inventory all of our offerings in our climate controlled warehouse facility. We order daily from our manufacturers in small, frequent batches for a lightning fast delivery of the freshest products available. The products we stock are fresh, updated formulas with optimal potency & quality. In contrast, many other retailers order their inventory in bulk (by the pallet) to receive greater discounts for themselves. Accumulating inventories of that size, many of these retailers risk offering tainted, aged and/or near expired products.
- Superior Service: Your phone calls and emails will be answered by real human beings. That may sound funny but too often mega online retailers are automated, impersonal monoliths. Not here. We have a heartbeat, we are easy to contact, and we want to hear from you! And, unlike most internet suppliers, we actually order, receive and ship our products straight from our warehouse. In most cases, we process and ship your order within 36 hours of receiving it (Monday through Friday). We do not have a "fulfillment subcontractor" who may or may not be able to deliver your order promptly, if at all.
